While he is American, he has lived overseas for more than a third of his life and traveled to or worked in 27 countries. He earned, with honors, his Master of Business Administration from Thunderbird School of Management in 2010. He has held various professional roles from being a small business owner in the United States, starting a small learning center in rural Albania, leading relief work projects around the globe, to working as the president of $1 million annual revenue company in Albania. He served for a year on the board of the American Chamber of Commerce in Albania and currently serves on the board of U.S. based organization called Hope for Hemophilia.
